For those of you on the West Coast, you know what the drive to Vegas is like, boring Desert. From Southern California you know that can mean only one thing "stop at Baker, Gas Up, Pee, and or get a Milk Shake from The Mad Greek". Plus it means one more thing, a landmark: the Worlds Largest Thermometer! Gentlemen, feel free to insert Mother-in-Law Joke here.
For a little history: it is was built in 1991 it stands 134-ft.-tall, symbolic of the record high temperature in the US, in Death Valley -- 134 degrees Fahrenheit in 1913.
