Snow in the Desert?

Yes, for all my NJ friends that think anything past Pittsburgh is the West Coast, the Desert can actually get cold and because there are mountains with elevation they get snow.  Here is a shot of a mountain in Southern California, yes the same Southern California  with the Pacific Ocean and the Kardasians.

This is on the way home from Vegas in Apple Valley, and yes that is an actual Catus in the foreground, we put it there on purpose.  The reason the mountains look blue is called Smog, with the exception of High Taxes and Traffic this will conclude your California lesson for today.
